The tools are powerful. And then you're staring at an empty chat wondering what to type, every single time.
Terminals, API keys, integrations, config files. Everything useful sits behind an evening you don't have.
Subscriptions that demo'd great and never joined the business. Nothing stuck, because nothing ran itself.
Spica is the AI running your command center, named for the brightest star in Virgo, the one navigators steer by. She watches your business, does the work you hand her, and tells you the one thing that matters right now.
Your download link comes right after checkout, along with your license key. One app, your computer. Your data stays yours. Spica works for you, on your machine.
A guided screen walks you through it one click at a time: make your AI account, add a small balance, and paste one key. It is built to take about fifteen minutes, and it tells you exactly what to click.
Tell her about your business and hand her the first job. She drafts the work and reads the tools you connect, like your email, your calendar, Stripe and GoHighLevel. She does the thinking. You do the approving.
Every AI horror story is an autonomy story: the bot that emailed everyone, the agent that spent the budget. Spica ships careful, and earns trust level by level. Autonomy is granted by you, never assumed.
She observes, summarizes, flags. Where everything starts.
She prepares the work and holds it for your tap.
Routine internal work, done and shown in your brief.
For email and calendar, this is here: you can let her send or book on her own, one connection at a time. Everything else is not built yet, and we will say so until it is.
Once a week, Spica reviews her own work and your business, and brings you exactly one improvement, backed by what actually happened. Not a menu. Not a lecture. One proposal, in hours or dollars, and a yes from you is all it takes.

Spica runs on your own computer, so your business data lives there, not on our servers. We cannot see it, and none of it is ever sent to us. Some things do leave your machine, and you should know exactly which. When Spica thinks, the relevant part of your work goes to the AI provider on your own account, the same way it would if you typed it into their app yourself. Anything you connect, like Stripe, is read from that service directly. She can read web pages and run searches while she works. And Spica periodically checks that your subscription is still active, which sends us your licence and nothing else, no data and no record of what you have been doing. The full list, including the optional extras, is on our safety page. She never sees your passwords either. Logins happen in each service's own secure window.
First you install the app, and on some computers the installer asks you to add a free helper program before it can run. Then Spica walks you through the setup screens one at a time, telling you exactly what to click and what you should be seeing. There are three short steps on your AI provider's site: make an account, add a small balance, and copy a key to paste into a box. She talks you through each one. All in, it is built to take about twenty minutes.
You connect your own AI account, so usage bills to you at cost, with no middleman markup. Here are the real numbers, measured: a quick question is about a cent, a piece of real work averages about ten cents, and building a full document is around thirty. A working day is usually a dollar or two. You can set a hard monthly ceiling on your AI account, and Spica shows what each reply cost, right on the reply.
She tells you straight, fixes it, and adjusts how she checks. On her own, Spica reads your connected accounts and drafts the work. She sends email or books a meeting when you ask her to, or when you switch that on for a connection. She never moves money.
Yes, when you want her to. Connect any inbox with an app password (Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo and most others), Google Calendar, or Microsoft 365 and Outlook. Each connection has its own setting. For email: Read only, Draft for my OK, or Send on her own. For calendar: Read, Propose times, or Book on her own. (Booking works with Microsoft 365 and Outlook today. On Google Calendar she reads and proposes times while Google finishes its review of booking.) Every connection starts at Draft for my OK and Propose times, so nothing goes out until you click OK. Every send and booking is recorded in your activity feed. Money and CRM connections only read, and she never moves money.
No. She's an AI and she'll always be straight with you about that. She's named for the brightest star in Virgo, the one navigators steer by. Fitting job description.
Connect the tools you already use and Spica reads them for you, so the day-to-day stops living in twelve tabs. She reads, she drafts, and she sends or books only when you say so. She never moves money. More connections land every month, and the app only ever offers you the ones that work today.
Leave your email and we will tell you when Spica learns something new.
